What is a reverse advent calendar?

A Reverse Advent Calendar is a great way to show that Christmas is about giving as well as receiving.

It works much like an advent calendar but each day there is an item to donate. From November 1st - 24th, follow along with our Reverse Advent Calendar and each day give an item to support a local person in crisis.

How to make it fun for children (or grown ups!)

Decorate a box and place the item in your box each day, then mark it off the calendar.

We’d love to see your photos; upload a picture and tag us - Facebook and Twitter.

What should I do when I’ve finished?

We will be running our Reverse Advent Calendar from November 1st – 25th. Once you have collected all 25 days, please bring your donations to our warehouse in North Shields (Click for our address) by Friday 8th December. This allows us enough time to sort the items in time for Christmas.

Alternatively, you can place your items in one of our collection baskets at your local supermarket.

Thank you & Merry Christmas!
